Inspections & Monitoring

Real-time eyes on the assets you cannot reach — roofs, facades, towers, and plants — with defect reports your maintenance team can act on.

What this service covers

Scaffolding is slow, rope access is risky, and binoculars miss plenty. An inspection drone puts a 4K and thermal eye within meters of every surface — capturing cracks, corrosion, loose fixings, blocked drainage, and heat anomalies in a single visit, without shutdowns or working at height.

Every defect is pinned to imagery, graded by severity, and compiled into a report your engineers and insurers accept.

  • Roof condition surveys: membrane, flashing, ponding, debris
  • Facade and cladding checks with crack mapping
  • Solar array soiling, damage, and hotspot screening
  • Towers, masts, bridges, and industrial structures
  • Scheduled monitoring rounds with change detection

Who books this flight

Facility managers, asset owners, insurers, solar O&M teams, and contractors who need evidence-grade condition data without the cost and risk of access equipment.

What's Included

Evidence, Not Just Pictures

01Close-range capture

Oblique and nadir passes at the standoff your asset needs, with zoom documentation of every anomaly.

02Annotated defect map

Each finding pinned, photographed, and graded so contractors can price repairs without a second visit.

03Thermal overlay option

Radiometric infrared reveals moisture, delamination, and electrical hotspots hidden from RGB cameras.

04Compliance-ready file

Pilot credentials, flight logs, and methodology attached — ready for insurers, auditors, and boards.

"Forty-eight towers surveyed in nine days, zero rope access, and a defect list our contractor priced straight from."

From Concern to Report

01

Scope the asset

Drawings, access constraints, and known issues shape a flight plan per structure.

02

Fly the inspection

Methodical passes with live QA — gaps are re-flown before we leave site.

03

Grade the defects

Analysts annotate, measure, and prioritize every finding by severity.

04

Report & re-fly

Report delivery plus scheduled rounds to verify repairs and track change.

FAQ

Inspection Questions

Do we need to shut down operations?+

Almost never. Drones inspect live sites from a safe standoff, and we coordinate timing with your team for sensitive areas.

Can drones replace rope-access surveys?+

For visual and thermal condition assessment, usually yes — faster, cheaper, and safer. Where tactile testing is required, we flag exactly where hands-on follow-up is needed.

Will our insurer accept the report?+

Reports include licensed pilot credentials, calibrated equipment notes, flight logs, and methodology — the documentation insurers and auditors ask for.
