What this service covers
Hundreds of overlapping drone photos become a textured 3D mesh you can orbit, measure, and import. Architects test massing against reality, contractors document as-built conditions, and heritage teams preserve structures digitally — all from one flight campaign.
Models arrive with real-world scale, clean topology options, and viewer links for stakeholders who will never open CAD.
- Textured meshes of buildings, facades, and structures
- Digital twins for facilities and campus management
- As-built documentation for renovation and retrofit
- Heritage and facade preservation records
- Web-viewer links plus OBJ, FBX, and point-cloud exports
Who books this flight
Architects, BIM teams, contractors, facility owners, and conservation groups who need reality captured as geometry — not approximated from drawings.
Reality, Meshed
01Orbital + grid capture
Combined oblique orbits and nadir grids cover every face, eave, and courtyard with proper overlap.
02Scaled reconstruction
Ground control and scale bars lock the mesh to true dimensions, verified in the delivery notes.
03Cleaned deliverable
Sky, vegetation, and bystanders removed; holes filled; textures balanced for presentation.
04Viewer + source files
A shareable 3D link for clients plus the mesh, textures, and point cloud for your pipeline.
"The twin caught a two-inch facade deviation the drawings hid. That one find paid for the whole program."
— Sofia L., Project ArchitectFrom Flight to Mesh
Define the model
Level of detail, extents, and end use — design reference, documentation, or public presentation.
Capture campaign
Orbits, grids, and close-ups flown in consistent light for clean textures.
Reconstruct
Photogrammetry processing, scaling, cleanup, and texture balancing.
Deliver & integrate
Viewer link plus exports, with a handover call for your design team.
Modeling Questions
How detailed can the model get?+
Facade detail down to sub-centimeter is achievable at close range. We match capture distance to your level-of-detail target so you don't pay for precision you won't use.
Can the model go into our BIM software?+
Yes — we deliver georeferenced meshes and point clouds compatible with major BIM, CAD, and GIS platforms, and advise on import settings.
What about glass and reflective surfaces?+
Reflective facades need denser, multi-angle capture. We plan for it upfront and flag any surfaces that may need supplemental survey.
