Good To Know

Questions, Answered

Pricing, booking, weather, permissions, and deliverables — the things every client asks before the first flight.

How much does a drone mission cost?–

Fixed packages start at $349 for a photo and video session, $590 for an inspection round, and $890 for a mapping package — all bookable in our shop. Custom missions are quoted fixed-price after a short scoping call.

How far ahead should we book?+

Standard missions fly within 3–5 business days; rush slots are often available in 48 hours. Complex airspace authorizations can add a few days, so tell us early if your site sits near an airport.

What happens if the weather is bad?+

We watch forecasts from 72 hours out and hold a backup date free of charge. If conditions are unsafe on the day, we re-fly at no cost — you never pay twice for weather.

Do you handle permits and airspace approvals?+

Yes. Airspace checks, authorizations, property permissions, and crew credentialing are part of every mission plan. If a site genuinely can't be flown legally, we tell you before you spend anything.

What do we receive, and when?+

Edited stills and film within 3–5 days, inspection reports in 48–72 hours, and mapping products in 2–4 days — each with the formats agreed upfront (GeoTIFF, LAS, DXF, PDF, MP4, web galleries).

Who owns the data and imagery?+

You do. Every engagement includes a perpetual commercial license for delivered files, in writing. Raw flight data stays archived with us for re-processing on request.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Every pilot is aviation-licensed, every commercial operation insured, and credentials ship with compliance-sensitive reports. Certificates available on request before booking.

Do you fly at night or indoors?+

Night operations with proper waivers and lighting, yes — many thermal surveys require it. Indoors, we fly caged or sub-250g aircraft with spotter support for warehouses, atriums, and industrial interiors.

Still curious?

Ask us anything — a pilot answers, not a bot. Most messages get a reply within one business day.
